MY CURRICULUM VITAE
I was born on June 3, 1971 as written on my birthcertificate. Because there was a mistake, my birthdate was written July 3, 1971 on all my degrees. My father is Abdul Malik and my mother is Rukaiyah. I am the first child among my parents' four children. I got married with Ismail Abdurrahaman on December 19, 1997. I have two children : a daughter whose name is Wardah Al Munawwarah Arrazana born on December 9, 2000 and a boy whose name is Rais Fakhri Munawar born on June 27, 2004. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: 1.
